easy nom noms

i used to cook all the time. i really did. i enjoyed cooking. and now it's a hassle. i'm never at my apartment for a couple hours, let alone days. [i like sleeping at boyfriend's] when i do cook, i never get to eat the left overs because i forget to bring them with me. i need to get back into the habit of grocery shopping and i need to start bringing lunch to work again. because i'm motivated at the moment, i think a trip to trader joes is in my future somewhere.

i've never been very good at eating breakfast in the morning. i've heard it's the most important meal of the day, but i've gone [almost] 24 years without really needing it. i'm content with drinking some iced coffee. but these little open faced crackers look so yummy!

spaghetti squash. you can't mess it up. okay okay. maybe you can if you bake it too long causing it to become mushy. but then you have delicious mashed squash! it's a win win situation. since squash is in season, i should have no problem finding an abundance of it.
